Nancy Nicola has worked for Middlesex County government for the past 30 years, and is currently stationed in the Human Resources Department at the Middlesex County Board of Social Services. She graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Political Science and later from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a M.A. in Public Management. Ms. Nicola has also earned numerous Certificates and Awards in the fields of Labor Relations and Transportation on both state and national levels.
Ms. Nicola’s primary residence is in the Township of North Brunswick in Middlesex County, NJ, where she is a parishioner of Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church. She is active in many community groups and organizations, including but not limited to: the North Brunswick Democratic Organization, the North Brunswick Mayor’s Advisory Council, the Lebanese American Club, the Irish Heritage Society, the Middlesex County Federation of Democratic Women, the Middlesex County Commission on the Status of Women serving as Chair, and the New Brunswick Elks #324, where she serves as a Trustee.
Ms. Nicola has been a resident of the Imperial House since 2005, serving on the Board for the past two years. Here, she is a member of the Monmouth Park Charity Fund, Pacific Encore Performances, and other charitable organizations. Her hobbies include tennis, thoroughbred horse racing, shopping, and spending time with family and friends at the beautiful Jersey shore.
